A theatrical dance performance about everyday objects and how they influence our lives
We are constantly interacting with objects such as phones, coffee makers, lamps, chairs, and doors. How do these objects affect us? And what influence do we, in turn, have on their lives and fates? A group of dancers and singers give voice and body to the objects around us in Grus Grus Teatteri’s new site-specific production, premiering in autumn 2026.
The work originates from Bruno Latour’s actor-network theory. Throughout the process, the audience is also invited to participate in the creative journey by exploring and sharing their own relationships with everyday objects.
