A poetic and humorous dance theater performance by Grus Grus Theater, uniquely tailored for Åbo Svenska Teater’s café Tiljan.
Humans interact daily with objects such as phones, coffee makers, chairs, and doors. Some of these are pleasant and helpful characters, while others might be annoying or even manipulative. In this performance, a group of dancers and singers gives voice and body to the objects of our everyday lives. Welcome to our living room, Elohuone
The choreographic material is inspired by Bruno Latour’s actor-network theory. During the creative process, the public is also invited to participate by exploring and sharing their own relationships with everyday objects.
